Ingredients 1 - 8-12lb pork shoulder yellow mustard -Rub 1/4 cup - brown sugar 1/4 cup - granulated sugar 1/3 cup - paprika 1/3 cup - kosher salt 1/3 cup - garlic powder 1 tablespoon - chili powder 2 teaspoon - fresh ground pepper 1 teaspoon - dried oregano 1 teaspoon - dried cumin 1 teaspoon - dry mustard 1 teaspoon - blackening seasoning (optional) -Injection Liquid 1 cup - apple juice 1/4 cup - kosher salt 1 tablespoon - worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons - granulated sugar

"Good news is that I truly out did myself this year with my Christmas  decorations. The bad news is that I had to take him down after 2 days. I had more people come screaming up to my house than ever.Great stories. But two things made me take it down.
First, the cops advised me that it would cause traffic accidents as they almost wrecked when they drove by.
Second, a 55 year old lady grabbed the 75 pound ladder almost killed herself putting it against my house and didn't realize it was fake until she climbed to the top (she was not happy). By the way, she was one of many people who attempted to do that. My yard couldn't take it either. I have more than a few tire tracks where people literally drove up my yard."

Servings: Great appetizer for a family or company gathering.

Ingredients:

• 16oz - cream cheese (softened for mixing)
• 8oz - sour cream
• 4 tbsp - mayo
• 1/2 tsp - lemon juice
• 1 tsp - dry mustard
• 1 clove - garlic, finely minced
• 1 lb - imitation crab, diced in 1/2 inch cubes
• 1 1/2 cups - shredded cheddar cheese
• Crackers for dipping, like Ritz brand

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
2. Blend all ingredients except crab and 1/2 cup cheese.
3. Fold in crab.
4. Place into ungreased casserole dish (11x9)
5. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top
6. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes in the preheated oven.  (If the cheese starts to brown, turn down oven to 300 degrees F.)
7. Let stand for about 5 minutes before serving with crackers.
